Ningguo Ruipu Seals Co., Ltd. was founded in September, 2004. We lie in the seal township of China - Ningguo Economical and Technological Development Zone, which lies under the root of the scenic, beautiful and famous mountain named Huangshan Mount. We cover an area of 16,650 square meters. The transportation is very convenient, 130 kilometers from Hangzhou City. Our company has passed the authentication of ISO9001/2000. Our company started to carry on the quality control system of ISO/TS 16949 in June, 2006, managed the course to all products according to the mode of ISO/TS16949. Our products are mainly sold to the car part base of the Yangtze River and Pearl River Delta, the coastal area of Southeast China and inland. Some are exported to the U.S.A., the European Union, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Ruipu has the first-class manufacturing equipment, leading science and technology, and outstanding enterprise managerial talents. We have cooperated with many scientific research institutions, making a devotion to the technological development and production of rubber seals. The main rubber raw materials of our company mainly adopt high quality products offered by Japanese JSR, ZEON; American 3M, EXXSON, DUPON; German BAYER, Netherlandish DSM and other famous raw material supplier of rubber around the world. At the same time, our rubber mould is made by specialized mould machining center, which has modernized CNC lathes, CNC machining center, laser micrometer, micro-appearance of omnipotent tool and three coordinate measuring apparatuses and mould processing and checking equipment. The quality of mould can well reach the quality level of imported mould. Our company sets up specialized laboratory and forms a complete set of specialized test equipment. We can control and measure the craft parameter and the quality status of the products effectively in time. Our company still introduces ERP Resource Administrative System, combining the logistics purchase, production, selling and financial administration together effectively.

Our main products are the following rubber products: shock absorbers, brakes, oil seals, O-rings, dust-proof caps and rubber mats and other miscellaneous pieces of TED which are made from such raw material as natural rubber, EPDM rubber, neoprene, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, acrylate, butyl, butadiene styrene and PTFE. These products are widely used in cars, electrical home appliances, hydraulic pressure, pneumatics, loading engineering machinery, electron, metallurgical machinery of petrochemical industry and other new and high technology fields.
